A quintessential Nantucket-style house less than a mile from the Long Island Sound calls for an airy elegance and easy charm. Light blues and greens are the perfect palette for a casual family home designed to withstand sandy feet, wet towels and dirty paws. We used performance fabrics and easy to clean slip covers for ease of use but didn’t skimp on style. We brought in lots of texture with grasscloth, rattan, linens and patterns galore. The result is a classic house that is light, bright, airy and fun.
